Η Πρωτομαγιά, για την εργατική τάξη σε όλο τον κόσμο, αποτελεί τον φάρο της ανειρήνευτης ταξικής πάλης. Παίρνουμε τη σκυτάλη με ορμή και αποφασιστικότητα για την οργάνωση του αγώνα μας για δικαιώματα, από τη μεγαλειώδη σύσκεψη του ΠΑΜΕ που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 4 Απρίλη με τη συμμετοχή πολλών εκατοντάδων σωματείων και συνδικαλιστών. Εκπρόσωποι από 720 σωματεία, Ομοσπονδίες, Εργατικά κέντρα από όλη την Ελλάδα και πάνω από 2000 άτομα δώσαμε υπόσχεση ότι δεν θα σταματήσουμε να αγωνιζόμαστε, αλλά αντίθετα θα βαδίσουμε στον δρόμο που χάραξαν οι εργαζόμενοι του Σικάγο του 1886, οι 200 κομμουνιστές που εκτελέστηκαν την Πρωτομαγιά του 1944 στην Καισαριανή, ώσπου να απαλλαχτούμε από την εκμετάλλευση των καπιταλιστών.

ΠΟΛ. 1157/2013. Συμπλήρωση της Εγκυκλίου ΠΟΛ. 1086/23.04.2013 με την οποία κοινοποιήθηκαν οι διατάξεις της παρ. 5 του πρώτου άρθρου της από 30.04.2012 Πράξης Νομοθετικού Περιεχομένου «Ρυθμίσεις θεμάτων εφαρμογής των νόμων 3864/2010, 4021/2011, 4046/2012,
ΘΕΜΑ: Συμπλήρωση της Εγκυκλίου ΠΟΛ. 1086/23.04.2013 με την οποία κοινοποιήθηκαν οι διατάξεις της παρ. 5 του πρώτου άρθρου της από 30.04.2012 Πράξης Νομοθετικού Περιεχομένου «Ρυθμίσεις θεμάτων εφαρμογής των νόμων 3864/2010, 4021/2011, 4046/2012, 4051/2012 και 4071/2012» (ΦΕΚ Α΄103) που κυρώθηκε με το άρθρο δεύτερο του N .4079/2012 (ΦΕΚ Α΄180), όπως ισχύει και της ΚΥ.Α. Υπουργών Εσωτερικών και Οικονομικών 47497/18.12.2012 (ΦΕΚ Β΄3389) και παρασχέθηκαν σχετικές οδηγίες.
Σε συνέχεια των οδηγιών που παρασχέθηκαν με την ανωτέρω εγκύκλιο ΠΟΛ. 1086/2013 περί «συμψηφισμού» οφειλών των Δήμων προς το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο με τα προβλεπόμενα στο άρθρο 27 του Ν.3756/2009 συνολικά έσοδα τους, με ταυτόχρονη απαλλαγή πρόσθετων φόρων, προστίμων, επιβαρύνσεων, καθώς και προσαυξήσεων εκπρόθεσμης καταβολής, σας κοινοποιούμε για ενημέρωση σας και ενιαία εφαρμογή αυτών την διάταξη του άρθρου 10 της Πράξης Νομοθετικού Περιεχομένου «Ρυθμίσεις κατεπειγόντων θεμάτων αρμοδιότητας των Υπουργείων Εσωτερικών, Εργασίας Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης και Πρόνοιας, Δημόσιας Τάξης και Προστασίας του Πολίτη, της Γενικής Γραμματείας της Κυβέρνησης και του Υπουργού Επικρατείας» και άλλες διατάξεις, η οποία κυρώθηκε με το Ν.4147/2013 (ΦΕΚ 98Α΄/26.04.2013) άρθρο 1. Σύμφωνα με τις προαναφερθείσες διατάξεις η προθεσμία της παρ.5 του πρώτου άρθρου της από 30.04.2012 Πράξης Νομοθετικού Περιεχομένου «Ρυθμίσεις θεμάτων εφαρμογής των νόμων 3864/2010 , 4021/2011 , 4046/2012 , 4051/2012 και 4071/2012 », που κυρώθηκε με το άρθρο δεύτερο του Ν.4079/2012 παρατείνεται έως την 30/06/2013. Η Γ.Γ.Π.Σ. θα αποστείλει οδηγίες για την υποστήριξη της ανωτέρω ρύθμισης.
