Η Πρωτομαγιά, για την εργατική τάξη σε όλο τον κόσμο, αποτελεί τον φάρο της ανειρήνευτης ταξικής πάλης. Παίρνουμε τη σκυτάλη με ορμή και αποφασιστικότητα για την οργάνωση του αγώνα μας για δικαιώματα, από τη μεγαλειώδη σύσκεψη του ΠΑΜΕ που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 4 Απρίλη με τη συμμετοχή πολλών εκατοντάδων σωματείων και συνδικαλιστών. Εκπρόσωποι από 720 σωματεία, Ομοσπονδίες, Εργατικά κέντρα από όλη την Ελλάδα και πάνω από 2000 άτομα δώσαμε υπόσχεση ότι δεν θα σταματήσουμε να αγωνιζόμαστε, αλλά αντίθετα θα βαδίσουμε στον δρόμο που χάραξαν οι εργαζόμενοι του Σικάγο του 1886, οι 200 κομμουνιστές που εκτελέστηκαν την Πρωτομαγιά του 1944 στην Καισαριανή, ώσπου να απαλλαχτούμε από την εκμετάλλευση των καπιταλιστών.

ΘΕΜΑ:Τροποποίηση της ΠΟΛ 1225/2012 απόφασης του Υπουργού Οικονομικών.
ΑΠΟΦΑΣΗ Ο ΥΦΥΠΟΥΡΓΟΣ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΩΝ
Έχοντας υπόψη:....κλπ.
ΑΠΟΦΑΣΙΖΟΥΜΕ
1. Στο τέλος του δεύτερου εδαφίου του άρθρου 2 της ΠΟΛ 1225/2012 απόφασης του Υπουργού Οικονομικών προστίθεται νέο εδάφιο ως εξής:
«Για τα έτη 2011, 2012 και 2013, οι διορθώσεις που πραγματοποιούνται μέχρι την τελευταία εργάσιμη, για τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, ημέρα του τέταρτου μήνα από την ημερομηνία έκδοσης της δήλωσης - εκκαθαριστικού σημειώματος Φ.Α.Π., θεωρούνται ότι πραγματοποιήθηκαν λόγω υπαιτιότητας της υπηρεσίας και εκκαθαρίζονται ως τέτοιες, χωρίς την επιβολή πρόσθετων φόρων ή προστίμων».
Η απόφαση αυτή να δημοσιευθεί στην Εφημερίδα της Κυβερνήσεως.
